Abstract
A mounting body of research is beginning to show that making your work Open Access, in any form, increases its impact—but what exactly is "Open Access?" Head of Digital Scholarship, Andrew Wesolek will discuss the scholarly communication system and the varieties of Open Access publication. In addition, Wesolek will discuss your options to retain and assert your rights to your scholarship and how you can disseminate it openly through a new Library initiative: the TigerPrints institutional repository.
