Summary

Efficient utilization of animal manure requires both a manure nutrient analysis to determine the nutrient levels in the manure and application at the correct rate based on this information to provide the nutrients required by the crop. There are two commonly used methods of solid manure spreader calibration – the Container Method and the Sheet Method.
