Todd's Landing: The City Dock Redvelopment Plan - Annapolis, Maryland
Abstract
Growing up in a small town just outside of Annapolis, Maryland, has given me the opportunity to watch the city grow and change. I have always been amazed at how th emost of Annapolis has been able to maintain its colonial charm and tight knit cohesion in the face of pressures for economic expansion and increased tourism. An exception is found in the waterfront area. In years past the focus of life in the port city, it is now devoted principally to car parking.
