Abstract
Emerging a a major professional and financial center, Greenville's Central Business District has experienced a well-balanced mix of new development in the last several years. Construction of the Greenville Commons complex, the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the U.S. Shelter office buildings has given the downtown area an image of growth and freshness.
