Abstract
Connect with Advanced Materials Researchers and Entrepreneurs
Clemson University Advanced Materials faculty and students will make brief presentations of their research and entrepreneurial activities to prospective business partners and investors in order to make connections resulting in more detailed and private conversations.Afterwards, a panel of university and industry professionals will discuss to create a Advanced Materials Community of Excellence that attracts, educates and retains top talent. How do we help materials students find jobs here? How to we use the talent base to attract materials company headquarters and R&D facilities? How do we build the ecosystem to support the growth of materials startups?
