Dialogue with the Dean is a new Graduate Student Government (GSG) initiative created by the Office of the Secretary of Government and Student Affairs in the fall 2013 to increase communication and visibility between the leadership of Clemson University and graduate students. Dialogue with the Dean engages 25 students in an intimate discussion with University leaders and thus provides all students with an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers. The spring event on April 1, 2014 is aligned to Clemson University's Research Month, and therefore provides graduate students the chance to engage in conversation with individuals from the Office of Research including Dr. Larry Dooley and Dr. Sheila Lischwe, as well as Creative Inquiry mastermind and Associate Dean, Dr. Barbara Speziale.
